TRIGGER TALK, the films' outreach and education tool, repurposes feature material into brief catalyst videos to spark peer-to-peer dialog among teens, families and neighborhoods. Combining online creation and distribution innovations in mobile & broadband technologies, with experimental forms of site-specific exhibition, TRIGGER TALK offers personal stories that promote empathy, understanding and dialogue - beginning with youth.
Brief topical videos activate the information in MINOR DIFFERENCES, kick-starting discussions around status, violence, addictions, racism, gangs, cultural pride, and losses.... that beg for a response. Ninety-two minutes of diverse content are immediately available to trigger dialogue as we explore how emerging technologies can more fully engage the user.
